Before the project starts.
Does our existing ERP need to be replaced?
No, it does not have to be: eLABoraNET connects to existing ERP and accounting systems, for example SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, DATEV or Lexware. Freely configurable interfaces also connect further systems for order management or billing, and we align every connection with the data fields of your installation. In many cases, however, using the laboratory-specific commercial functions directly in eLABoraNET adds clear value. Quotation, order, analysis and invoice then run as one end-to-end process, without re-entering data and without additional interfaces. This also cuts down on isolated tools and licence costs.
Does the sampling app work without a mobile connection?
Yes. The app works offline and transfers the data to the LIMS as soon as a connection is available again.
Can I use eLABoraCLOCK and eLABoraSOIL independently of eLABoraNET?
Yes. Both are finished products and can also be used without eLABoraNET.
Which e-invoicing formats does eLABoraNET support?
eLABoraNET supports German e-invoicing in XRechnung and ZUGFeRD formats.
Which interfaces does eLABoraNET offer?
Instrument connections for result import and worklists, for example for instruments from Agilent, Thermo, Metrohm and Shimadzu, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, DATEV and Lexware for ERP and accounting, and Aktefix for documents. Further systems are connected per project.
