Mobile sampling
Field sampling. Including offline.
Plan, capture, document, complete: the sampling app works offline, even without a mobile connection, and transfers the data to the LIMS afterwards.
Sampling app
Work starts before the sample reaches the lab.
The sampling app supports field teams from daily planning to documented completion. External sampling organisations are also connected to the laboratory workflow. Measurements, photos and signatures are captured on site and then transferred to the LIMS.
- 01
Plan & assign
Daily and weekly views, team dispatch and route support.
- 02
Capture in the field
Samplings, samples, locations, test objects and measurement points with barcode access.
- 03
Document
Attach additional fields, files and annotated photos to the work record.
- 04
Complete & transfer
Capture sampler and customer signatures. An outbox supports subsequent upload with retry and recovery functions.

Handover to the laboratory
Captured offline. Transferred automatically.
What is captured offline is stored on the device first. The outbox shows what is still pending and transfers it to the LIMS as soon as a connection is available again.
External sampling
External sampling organisations are part of the process.
Not every sample is collected by your own team. eLABoraNET integrates external sampling organisations, connecting field work with subsequent laboratory operations.
- 01
Shared order context
Treat sampling as part of the complete laboratory order.
- 02
Clear roles
Internal teams and external organisations each have their place in the workflow.
- 03
Laboratory handover
Connect sampling data and subsequent analytical work.
